Note: I originally found this pattern through Aaron Jasper's DVD "European Nymphing Techniques and Fly Tying" which I urge you to go and check out, the DVD includes some phenomenal fishing content as well as a few fly patterns. When ribbing the fly, start with the stripped peacock herl and spiral wrap forward. Next spiral wrap the Pearl Crystal Flash in between the wraps of stripped peacock. Finally wrap the copper wire in order to secure both the stripped peacock and crystal flash.
